About Glen Allen Foundation Repair
A local company built on a simple idea: homeowners deserve an honest read on their foundation, not a sales pitch. That's the whole business.

Our Story
Glen Allen Foundation Repair grew out of a frustration we kept hearing from neighbors: a foundation company would come out, find a hairline crack, and quote a five-figure repair the homeowner wasn't sure they needed. Too many people in this area were paying for work that wasn't necessary — or putting off work that was, because they didn't know who to trust.
We started this company to be the opposite of that. We're based in Glen Allen, we know the soil and the housing stock across Henrico and Hanover, and we treat every house like it belongs to someone we'll see at the grocery store next week. Our job is to look carefully, explain plainly, and fix what actually needs fixing — no more, no less.
That means we tell you when a crack is just concrete curing and can be watched. It means we trace a settling wall back to clay soil or a downspout dumping water against the foundation, not just slap a patch on the wall. And it means when a real repair is needed — piers, anchors, injection, reinforcement — we do it in a way that lasts, because we stand behind our work in a community where word travels fast.
Foundation problems are stressful. We take that stress seriously by being the calm, honest voice in the room. By the time we're done explaining, you'll know exactly what your home is doing, what it means, and what — if anything — to do about it.
Tell It Like It Is
If a crack is cosmetic, we say so. We'd rather earn your trust than sell a repair you don't need.
No Pressure
We explain what we see and what it costs. You decide what to do, on your own time.
Fix the Cause
We don't just patch the symptom. We trace the movement back to the soil or water driving it.
Neighbors First
We live and work here. Our reputation in Glen Allen is built one honest visit at a time.
How We Work With Homeowners
Every visit starts the same way: we look, we listen, and we explain. We read the cracks, measure the movement, check the drainage and the soil. Then we tell you what's actually happening and what it means for your home — in plain words, not jargon.
If no repair is needed, we show you how to monitor it and what would change our minds. If a repair is needed, we lay out the options, the trade-offs, and the cost, then let you decide. We work for you, not the other way around.
