Referral Marketing Disclosure
How we handle referrals and any related incentives, in the open.
Glen Allen Foundation Repair values word-of-mouth in the Glen Allen and Henrico–Hanover communities, and much of our work comes from neighbors recommending us to neighbors. We believe in being transparent about any referral marketing we use.
How Referrals Work
From time to time, we may encourage satisfied customers, partners, or community members to refer homeowners to us. A referral means someone tells a friend, neighbor, or family member about our services and that person then contacts us.
Any Compensation or Incentives
Where we offer a referral incentive — such as a thank-you gift, a discount, or a payment to a person who refers a paying customer — we disclose that such incentives may exist. Any incentive is provided at our discretion and is contingent on a referred homeowner completing a qualifying repair. Referrals are never a condition of receiving a free estimate, and homeowners who contact us are under no obligation to proceed with any repair.
No Obligation
Receiving a referral or incentive does not obligate you to use our services, and being referred does not change the terms of any free estimate or repair agreement. All estimates remain free, and all repairs remain subject to a written agreement you choose to accept.
Honesty in Recommendations
We ask that anyone who refers us do so based on genuine experience and honest opinion. We do not endorse or solicit misleading or false statements about our services in exchange for any incentive.
